REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

for

MISCELLANEOUS CONSTRUCTION AND REPAIRS TO WATER SYSTEM

ADVERTISEMENT FOR PROPOSALS:

The Portsmouth Water and Fire District will be accepting proposals for Miscellaneous Construction and Repairs to the District’s water system for the period March 1, 2025 through February 28, 2026.

Proposals will be received by the Portsmouth Water and Fire District at the main office, 1944 East Main Road, P.O. Box 99, Portsmouth, Rhode Island, 02871 until 1:00 PM (EST), Thursday, February 13, 2025, at which time they will be publicly opened and available for review.

Each proposal must be submitted on the required Proposal Form. Each proposal must be submitted in a sealed envelope, addressed to the Portsmouth Water and Fire District, and shall be clearly marked on the outside as “Proposal for Miscellaneous Construction and Repairs to Water System”.

ADVERTISEMENT FOR PROPOSALS

In conformance with its Purchasing Procedure, the Portsmouth Water and Fire District is requesting proposals from auditing firms with capabilities of conducting an independent audit of the financial records of the District for the years ended April 30, 2025, 2026 and Proposal documents may be obtained from the Portsmouth Water and Fire District, 1944 East Main Road, P.O. Box 99, Portsmouth, RI 02871, (401-683-2090) or by using the download link below.

Sealed proposals will be received by the Portsmouth Water and Fire District at the office, until 2:00 PM, Tuesday March 11, 2025.
